Introducing three new parts designed to accurately amplify analog signals, clean up clocks and clean up voltage supplies. Get the best out of high-performance audio designs, especially around audio converters.

THAT7200 Audio Clock Generators

The new THAT7200 Series ICs are the first standalone JetPLLTM audio clock generators with patented Jitter Elimination Technology.

External received clock sources often contain jitter that causes distortion and noise when used to clock audio converters. The THAT7200 PLLs generate extremely clean clocks, attenuating received jitter by over 60dB, delivering less than 25ps of baseband jitter and ensuring frame synchronization per AES11. This enables high-performance ADCs and DACs, and the entire audio chain, to reach their full sonic potential.

  • 60dB Jitter Attenuation
  • 25ps Base Band
  • Fast Lock ≤ 1s

MUSES100 Low Drop Out Voltage Regulator

Switching voltage regulators generate large ripple currents, inducing noise into sensitive audio-path components. The MUSES100 is an LDO regulator with an output noise voltage of 3.0µVrms and a high ripple rejection of 90dB. It is ideally used alongside audio converters, ensuring a stable and noise-free voltage supply. The typical drop out voltage is just 0.15V, providing efficient regulation with minimal power loss.

  • Input Voltage Range 2.5V to 5.5V (Rating 6.5V)
  • Output Voltage Range 1.2V to 5.0V
  • Output Current 600mA
  • Ripple Rejection Typ. 90dB (f=10kHz)
