The RM590L is a synchronous, step-down DC/DC converter which delivers up to 400mA of output current. It can be configured for either PWM/VFM automatic shift operation or forced PWM operation via control of the MODE pin. This device has a built-in inductor (0.5µH, DCR=0.125Ω (TYP)) and is available in a 2.2 (mm) x 2.0 (mm) x 1.5 (mm) sized QFN2220-8 package for high density mounting. Offering savings in board space and component count for a simplified design.
