The KTC23295 is low noise NPN transistor designed for low noise amplifier applications. It has very high gain - minimum of 1200 and maximum of 3600 coupled with low saturation voltage - typically 0.12V.
Suitable for muting circuits and general purpose applications. Equivalent to the 2SC3068.
