Netsol's serial STT-MRAM is an advanced, non-volatile memory solution suitable for a wide variety of industrial applications. Acting as both code storage to replace NOR/EEPROM and working memory to replace DRAM and SRAM, it's a versatile solution that helps to reduce component count. Ideal for applications that need to store and retrieve data quickly using a minimum number of pins.
Available in both 1.8V and 3.3V variants with densities from 1 to 16Mb in both a compact WSON-8 and industry standard SOIC-8 packages.
