The SX68205M is one part from a series of low power 3-phase brushless motor drivers.
The parts are highly integrated and include output transistors, pre-drive circuits and bootstrap diodes with current-limiting resistors. Employing a sinusoidal driving strategy with a sensorless vector control, the SX68205M series brings a small-sized, high-efficient, and low-noise motor controlling into your application.
The SX68200M series can run on a 3-shunt current detection system and optimally control the inverter systems of medium-capacity motors that require universal input standards.
