These high voltage complementary power transistors from Sanken are amongst the most robust power transistors available for power amplifiers. They have incredibly wide safe operating area thanks to Sanken's proprietary LAPT technology which uniformly distributes the current density across the chip, reducing hot spots and therefore failures due to secondary breakdown.
The gains are well matched making them ideal for very high power amplifiers.
The 2SC3263 is a suitable equivalent or replacement for the 2SC5200N, MJW3281A or NJW3281A.
